 es under Quebec legislation and ɬÀï·¬'s employment equity policy\;\n	Strat
 egic and active recruitment techniques to establish a diverse and excellen
 t applicant pool\;\n	Strategies and tools for enhancing equity in the revie
 w process\n\n\nThis workshop is based on peer-reviewed literature and part
 icipants will have access upon request to supplemental information with ma
 terial relevant to the field in which their search is being conducted.\n	\n
 	Please note that faculty serving on search committees need to attend this 
 session every three years in order to refresh and/or update their knowledg
