BIOL 438 Sand in the Anthropocene (3 credits)

Overview

Biology (Sci) : A critical examination of the increasing global consumption of sandresources and the human-caused changes and impact on sediment dynamics, landscape evolution, ecological processes in freshwater ecosystem and conservation biology.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Instructors: There are no professors associated with this course for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Prerequisites: GEOG 272 or BIOL 206 or EPSC 355 or permission of the instructor.
Restrictions: Not open to students who have taken or are taking GEOG 438.
