Diploma 鈥� LLB to JD Designation Change

涩里番 LLB graduates can request to replace their LLB with a JD parchment. The 涩里番 LLB (all copies, if applicable) must be returned to Enrolment Services before the JD parchment can be issued.

Graduates can fold their LLB parchment to fit a regular mailing envelope. The mailing address is:

Steps to order this product

1. Make sure to have your credit card on hand
2. Login to Minerva
3. Select the Student Menu
4. Select the Student Records Menu
5. Select ES Services (Enrolment Services eStore)
6. In Select Product, select Diploma 鈥� LLB to JD Designation Change
7. In Select a degree, select BCLLLB
8. Verify your legal name by checking the Confirm your legal name box
9. Click on Generate 涩里番 Order ID
10. Once the Order ID is generated, click Copy to Clipboard
    1. IMPORTANT: Don鈥檛 share your 涩里番 Order ID. The ID is unique to your account and to this order
11. Click on Go to eStore
    1. You will be directed to the ES Services Shopify eStore
12. You will see the聽Diploma 鈥� LLB to JD Designation Change product in the eStore
13. Paste your 涩里番 Order ID
14. Click on Add to cart
15. Access your cart to checkout
16. You will be prompted to create an account
    1. If you already have a Shopify account, use the email address for that account
17. Enter your聽Delivery address
18. Provide your credit card details and select the Billing address
19. Click on Pay now to submit your order
20. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully submitted
    1. You will be notified and you will receive tracking details when your order has been fulfilled
21. To order another product, you must login to Minerva

Diploma 鈥� Mail Delivery (Post Convocation)

涩里番 students who graduated in the last 2 years and did not receive their original 涩里番 diploma, can order and pay for its delivery by courier. Multiple degrees earned at the same Convocation will be mailed together.

If it has been more than 2 years since your Convocation, your unclaimed diploma would have been destroyed as per the University Archives retention rules, and you must request and pay for a replacement diploma.

Steps to order this product

1. Make sure to have your credit card on hand
2. Login to Minerva
3. Select the Student Menu
4. Select the Student Records Menu
5. Select ES Services (Enrolment Services eStore)
6. In Select Product, select Diploma 鈥� Mail Delivery (Post Convocation)
7. In Select a degree, select the appropriate degree(s)
   1. Multiple degrees earned at the same Convocation will be mailed together
8. Verify your legal name by checking the Confirm your legal name box
9. Click on Generate 涩里番 Order ID
10. Once the Order ID is generated, click Copy to Clipboard

涩里番 graduates can request additional or replacement copies of their official 涩里番 diploma for personal and/or professional use.

5. Select ES Services (Enrolment Services eStore)
6. In Select Product, select Diploma 鈥� Replacement Copy
7. In Select a degree, select the appropriate degree
8. Verify your legal name by checking the Confirm your legal name box
9. Click on Generate 涩里番 Order ID
10. Once the Order ID is generated, click Copy to Clipboard
