The School of Medicine's Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) Program is a 4-year program that leads to ɬÀï·¬'s MDCM (Medicinæ Doctorem et Chirurgiæ Magistrum) degree. (CACMS) is the national authority for the accreditation of undergraduate medical education programs. The current accreditation status of the School's UGME program is fully accredited, with probation. Applicants to the MDCM program must hold a bachelor's level university degree.

International Medical Graduates Program
International (non-US) medical graduates (IMG) who are residents of Québec (see MDCM for IMG) may apply to a special advanced standing program.
(Med-P) Qualifying Year for Quebec CEGEP graduates
Québec CEGEP graduates may apply for admission to the (Med-P) Qualifying Year. Med-P students must successfully complete one year in the Faculty of Science in order to then be admitted into the 4-year MDCM program.
