CJNR (Canadian Journal of Nursing Research) is an international peer-reviewed journal established and formerly published by the Ingram School of Nursing. Since 2016, the journal has been published by SAGE Publishing.听 CJNR is dedicated to scholarship in nursing and health care.The first issue of听CJNR听was published in 1969 as听Nursing Papers/Perspectives en nursing听by Dr. Moyra Allen of the School of Nursing, 涩里番, for the purpose of exchanging ideas related to nursing research and education.
In 1985, it was renamed the听Canadian Journal of Nursing Research/Revue canadienne de recherche en sciences infirimi猫res, later shortened to the CJNR.听Laurie Gottlieb, who served as editor for 22 years,听 completely redesigned the CJNR, bringing on board leading thinkers as guest editors and covering new trends in nursing research, nursing and health care.
