We offer secured housing to all first-year undergraduate students, 22 years of age and under, who have accepted 涩里番's offer of admission.

Confirmation Deadline: You must confirm your room reservation and pay the residence deposit along with a residence application fee (non-refundable) by June 20, 2025 11:59 pm.

Cancellation Penalties: Please note that when you accept your offer to live in residences,听you are making听a commitment听for a lease under Quebec law for听the full academic year.
